Olubusola Oyebadejo

Olubusola is a 1994 graduate of Statistics from the University of Ibadan and has an MBA from University of Lagos – 1997.  She also qualified as Microsoft Certified Professional in year 2000. Her career has spanned over the Banking, Engineering and the Oil and Gas sectors. Her work experience began as a Credit and Marketing executive with Meridien Equity Bank Lagos.
She moved to L.N. Engineering Ltd in 1996 as a Sales and Marketing Executive and later joined Lordmart Nigeria Ltd as a Credit Control Manager where she effectively exhibited her skills in credit management and client relations. She rose to top management level as the head of HR/Admin Operations and eventually took over as the AGM operations of Lordmart Nig. Ltd.
In 2005, she joined the Elektrint Group as the Group Head, Business Development and Strategy – (M&E, Oil and Gas & Civil Construction), she was there till she joined POWERGEN Engineering Ltd in 2008.
A widely traveled lady with a huge network of contacts, Busola, apart from her marketing skills, coordinates with foreign partners, investors and supply sources to proffer business solutions.
Busola has attended conferences and management courses in various institutions including Lagos Business School (LBS) and her versatility comes to fore through her various port folios from Business Development to Admin Operations and most recently, Foreign Operations and Importation.

 

Engr. iho ibiam
projects/electrification

Engr. Iho Ibiam is an astute Engineer with many years of experience. A product of the renowned Federal University of Technology, Owerri, he is a Power System Engineer of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of the University.
He had worked in public and private capacities such as Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) where he practiced for several years before moving to Alan Dick & Company (West Africa) Limited, he joined Powergen Engineering Ltd Team in 2009 as the Head of Projects & Electrification Department and has since then risen to become one of the Directors of the Company.
He is a COREN registered Engineer, a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management- Chartered (AMNIM). He is as well a registered contractor with the Federal Ministry of Power and Steel (Electrical Division) under the category 1 division.

 

Engr. Oluremi Osisanwo
director of engineering

Engr. Oluremi Osisanwo is a 1992 graduate of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and has an M.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Ibadan-2001. He is a certified Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and his career has spanned over various fields of Engineering including the Oil and Gas sectors.
He had worked in Chloride group (Exide Batteries) as a Maintenance Engineer for 6 years before proceeding to Megelec Ltd (Domino UK) in 2000 to work as the head of Field Service Operations.  In 2004 he was employed as the Maintenance engineer for WA Turner Ltd a manufacturing group in the Uk. He later became Director of Engineering for Powergen Engineering Limited.
Engr. Remi Osisanwo has had the benefit of attending many Power and Maintenance related courses both in Nigeria and abroad. He is married with children. inceptos himenaeos.

Engr. charles ossei
power controls / electricals

A native of Ghana, Engr. Charles Ossei  graduated  from the Prestigious Takoradi Polytechnic where he bagged a degree in  Electrical Engineering with his major in Power Systems Control and Data Acquisition. His career experience spans through VAICO Aluminum Company, Ghana, Service and Supply Parts Ltd and Lordmart Nigeria from where he resigned as the Chief Electrical Engineering Manager.
His specialty is in the Design, Manufacturing and Installation of AMF/ATS Load transfer Switches, Synchronizing Panels, SCADA Systems, and most especially, Power Control Systems.
He has attended various courses and seminars within and outside Nigeria and Joined the Powergen Team in 2009 as Power Controls/Electrical Consultant.

Engr. Kehind Olulade
technical manager

A 1991 graduate of Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from Yaba College of Technologies. His career in the Power industries started in 1985 with National Electrical Power Authority (NEPA) where he worked as a Thermal Plant Operator in the Lagos Thermal Plant Station – Egbin.
He joined LORDMART Nig Ltd where he worked for over 10 year in various capacities as Field Service Supervisor, Installation Engineer and resigned as the Service operations Manager. He worked for another three and a half years as Technical Coordinator at Divine Power Products and resigned as their Field Service Manager.
A holder of Electrical Installations Certificate, and the prestigious “Thermal Plant & Maintenance Certificate”, Kenny has transverse the Length and breadth of Nigeria supervising various stages of construction and electrical installation works. He resigned from Divine Power Products in 2008 to join the POWERGEN team as Technical Manager.
The love for Engineering excellence and our desire to benefit from his wealth of experience to training younger engineers made us persuade this exceptional Engineer out of his employment to join our team.
He is happily married with children.

Engr. Kolade

Engr. Kolade is a 1982 graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University. From Post graduation till now he had worked in NEPA, Affam Power Station as maintenance Engineer, Negris Nigeria Limited, also as a Maintenance Engineer from where he moved to TSG Nigeria where he rose to the post of Chief Engineer, the first black man to be so appointed in the history of the organization.
Engr. Kolade had the benefit of attending many Power and Maintenance related courses both in Nigeria and abroad. He is married with children.

NATHAN KALAORA

rior to Joining Powergen Engineering Nathan Kalaora, worked With Agrizone Ltd In Israel with specialty in R&D, manufacturing, sales and after sales services of agricultural implements and equipment. He has over 35 years combine experience in the power generation industry and Agric equipment manufacturing sector. 

From 1989 to 2004 He was  managing Partner with LordMart Group of Companies where he was engaged in the Sales and after-sales of Power Generators, Agricultural Machinery, Massey Ferguson Tractors, Perkins Engines and Leroy Sommer Alternators. Installations of high tension lines, Transformer station and sub stations in Nigeria.

In 2005 He joined EuroGenset Power Solutions Ltd as Managing Partner where he was engaged in distribution of Generators and Industrial equipment. Design and supply of special generators for the USA Army in collaboration with Green Shield and Pramac Spa.

Nathan ran Kalgan Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing from 1978 – 1987 where he was engaged in Manufacturing and exporting of Agricultural machinery and Implements. He re- modified the Quick Fit for Tractors and implements and created a simple model which is used up today by 98% of Tractor users.

ADEDOTUN E. ADESEGHA

Mr. Adedotun is a 2003 graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos, Akoka. With the spirit of entrepreneurship, he went into the business of computer sales, installations and repairs for 3 years. Afterwards, he moved to Fluid, Oil & Gas Ltd at the tail end of 2006 where he worked for 2 years and attained the post of Senior IT Support Engineer till 2008.
He wrote various publications one of which was published in South Africa and at the International Conference on Science and Technology, FUT Akure.
In 2008, Mr Adedotun bagged an MSc in Production and Design Engineering from the University of Lagos. He is also an Autocad Engineer.He Joined the POWERGEN team in May 2009 as consultant on IT and Solar projects and has since effectively exhibited his combined skills in Project management, Engineering and client relations.
Presently, Mr Adedotun is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and has been taking up lead responsibilities in Projects, Technical and Business Development roles with Powergen Engineering Ltd.
